At Arcade1Up, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel or accessories don't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the inclusion of the packing slip.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
